Design:
The qualified personnel and the equipment of our drawing department allow the design and computer-assisted manufacture. With the acquisition of the Unigraphics software, it ensures us to follow the constant evolution of computer-assisted drawings enabling us to answer your requests.
Modeling:
The molds, foundry patterns and composite molds are prepared in the workshop abiding to highest standards. Our qualified labor will proceed to the completion of the work according to the needs and specific request of the customer.
Patterns:The patterns and templates are designed by our qualified labor to meet the most demanding standards of industry. With this intention, our team brings constant technological and materials developments to constantly offer a higher quality of product.
Renpaste:
For several years, we offer to our customers matrices without joints thanks to the machinable paste. This media makes it possible to produce patterns of very high quality of every dimension, tough and without joints a lot lighter and often at lower costs. Machining:
Thanks to an investment of more than 1 million dollars during the five last years, we are able to answer the request. By computer numerical control (3 axes and 5 axes) we produce the matrices, the molds and the prototype parts; the small ones to the very large sizes, in the most varied material such as:
We use materials and the types of machining best adapted to the parts and the needs for our customers.
Foundry:Our foundry casts non-ferrous metals like brass and aluminum. Aluminum is almost used of exclusiveness for manufacture in the molds which can reach a weight of 1200 pounds (545 kg) for only one part. Brass is appropriate for the low-size molds or according to the necessities.
Teflon®:
In order to supplement our offer of service we set up a department for the application of anti-adhesive industrial coating (not-stick) containing Teflon®. This coating acts like permanent release agent for the molds producing rubber, plastics, cellular plastics and laminating. We are able to make the application and the curing process of the Teflon® on parts which can have dimensions up to 17'' (432mm) height X 51'' (1295mm) X 59 1/2'' (1511mm). P.S.E. /P.P.E. molds:Whichever products of insulation, packaging, containers or handcrafted product, our team will work hard to produce a mold which will exceed expectations. Our team cumulates several years of expertise in polystyrenes and expanded polypropylene molds; which makes it a well established expertise.
Inspection:
In order to ensure the quality of our products, we use standard manual measuring instruments and for the more complex parts we use a poly-articulated arm Cimcore 3000i connected to a computer provided with the PowerINSPECT software.
Stéréolithographie:With the recent acquisition of a printer Dimension ST 1200es, we take a step towards rapid prototyping. Thus we can from now on provide low-size parts in ABS.
